We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging. It must also be free of any pet hair, dirt, or signs of wear.

2. Sizing Issues (Exchanges)

Ordered the wrong size? Don't worry. We offer hassle-free size exchanges for UK customers within the 30-day window. Contact us at support@sentrybark.com, and we will help you get the perfect fit for your dog.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
