1. How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and you will receive a Royal Mail or Evri tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment centre.

2. Is the Sentinel Lume™ fully waterproof?

Yes. It features an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning it is fully protected against heavy rain, splashes, and wet British winter weather. However, we do not recommend allowing your dog to go swimming while wearing it.

3. How do I know which size fits my dog?

Please refer to our Perfect Fit Guide on the product page. You simply need to measure your dog's neck and chest girth. If your dog is exactly between sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

4. How long does the battery last on a single charge?

The integrated smart battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous illumination on a full charge. It recharges quickly (in about 1.5 to 2 hours) using the premium braided USB-C cable included in your box.
